It is main used for producing PP-R, PE pipes with diameter from 16mm~160mm, PE-RT pipes with diameter from 16~32mm. Equipped with proper downstream equipment, it can also produce mufti-layer PP-R pipes, PP-R glass fiber pipes, PE-RT and EVOH pipes.  With years of experience for plastic pipe extrusion, we also developed high speed PP-R/PE pipe extrusion line, and the max production speed could be 35m/min (base on 20mm pipes).

It is mainly used for extruding thermoplastics, such as PE, PP, PS, PVC, ABS, PC, PET and other plastic material. With relevant downstream equipment (including moud), it can produce various kinds of plastic products, for example plastic pipes, profiles, panel, sheet, plastic granules and so on.

SJ series single screw extruder has advantages of high output, excellent plasticization, low energy consumption, stable running. The gearbox of single screw extruder adopt high torque gear box, which has features of low noisy, high carrying capacity, long service life; the sccrew and barrel adopt 38CrMoAlA material, with nitriding treatment; the motor adopt Siemens standard motor; inverter adopt ABB inverter; temperature controller adopt Omron/RKC; Low pressure electrics adopt Schneider electrics.

This line is widely used for producing various WPC profiles, such as WPC decking profile, WPC panel, WPC board.

The process flow of this line is PP/PE/PVC + wood powder + additive — mixing—material feeder—twin screw extruder— mould and calibrator—vacuum forming table—haul-off machine—cutting machine—discharge rack.

This WPC profile extrusion line adopt conic twin screw extruder, which has degassing system to ensure the excellent material plasticization. The mold and calibrator adopt wearable material; the haul-off machine and cutter machine could be designed as complete unit or separate machine.

This line is widely used to in PVC granules and CPVC granules production. With proper screw, it can produce soft PVC granules for PVC cable, PVC soft hose, rigid PVC granules for PVC pipe, pipe fittings, CPVC granules.

The process flow of this line as blow: PVC powder + additive — mixing—material feeder— conic twin screw extruder— die — pelletizer — air cooling system — vibrator

This extruder of PVC granulating line adopt special conic twin screw extruder and the degassing system and screw temperature control system will ensure the material plasticization; The pelletizer is well blanced to match the extrusion die face; The air blower will blowing the granules into silo immedately after granules fall down.

This Pet bottle crushing, washing and drying line transforms waste pet bottles into clean PET flakes. And the flakes can be further processed and re-utilized with high commercial value. The production capacity of our PET Bottle crushing and washing line can be 300kg/h to 3000kg/h. The main purpose of this pet recycling is to get the clean flakes from the dirty even mixture bottles or bottles slice during dealing with the whole washing line. And also get clean PP/PE caps, labels from the bottles etc.
